Not at all! Our classes are suitable for complete beginners through to experienced movers. Our instructors provide options throughout class so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety. If you don't have a pair, they're available to purchase at the studio.

Just bring yourself, a water bottle and your grip socks. Everything else is provided.

If it's your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you around the studio, explain the reformer and answer any questions before class begins.

Absolutely. You don't need to be fit or flexible to start. Everyone begins somewhere, and our classes are designed so you can progress at your own pace.

In many cases, yes. Please let your instructor know about any injuries, medical conditions or concerns before class so we can provide suitable modifications where possible.

If you're pregnant, we'd love to have you! Please let us know before booking so we can ensure you're in the most suitable class and provide any necessary modifications. If you're new to reformer Pilates, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting.

Classes can be cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the class credit.

If you're new to reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Gentle or Blend. These classes are a great introduction to the reformer while still giving you a fantastic workout.

We keep our classes boutique, with a maximum of 7 reformers. This allows our instructors to provide plenty of guidance, support and individual attention.
